Our ministry focuses on offering care to our Lakeview church family – whether that is by sending heartfelt cards, making phone calls, sending text messages, aiding in a disaster, or visiting someone going through difficult times. Through all of these acts of service, our goal is to ensure that no one feels alone and we reflect the love of Christ to all.
How can we help?
The Care Team is honored to provide compassionate support through home and hospital visits. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, navigating a long-term illness, or simply unable to attend church in person, we’re here to bring the love of Christ to you. These visits can include prayer, fellowship, encouragement, and the sharing of Holy Communion. If you or a loved one would appreciate a visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re committed to walking alongside you with grace and care.

At Lakeview, we believe in caring for one another through every season of life. Our Meals Ministry provides home-cooked or delivered meals to individuals and families walking through illness, recovery, a new baby, loss, or other challenging family circumstances. Whether it’s a short-term need or ongoing support, our goal is to offer comfort, nourishment, and a tangible reminder that you’re not alone—your church family is here for you. When life turns upside down—whether from a house fire, flood, medical crisis, or another unexpected event—the Lakeview Cares is ready to step in with practical, hands-on help. Our team goes to homes to assist with recovery efforts, offer support, and help restore a sense of peace and stability. From helping clean up after a disaster to simply being a steady presence during a tough time, we’re here to serve as the hands and feet of Christ—bringing hope, help, and healing to your doorstep.
